Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by AL Tayaboon Information Technology. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

We provide technology services including web and mobile development, cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure, IT consultation, UI/UX design and digital marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these Terms where it conflicts.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to AL Tayaboon and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written consent. Ownership of project deliverables is governed by your engagement agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, billing schedules and payment terms for services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services as permitted by that agreement.

6. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL Tayaboon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AL Tayaboon harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate in which AL Tayaboon is registered shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes & contact

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact sales@altayaboon.com.
