A certification registrar was running audits, non-conformities, certificates and client records across fragmented tools, making it hard to see audit progress, certificate status or open NCs at a glance.
Our solution
We built a centralised web platform covering the full audit lifecycle — audit management, NC tracking, certificate issuance, templates and job registrar — topped by an operations dashboard with completion rates, performed-vs-upcoming audits and open/closed NC tracking.
