A centralised IoT command centre that gives facilities teams a real-time view of every campus in their portfolio. The platform ingests live sensor data — energy, indoor air quality, occupancy and device health — and turns it into clear dashboards, proactive alarms and sustainability reporting.

The challenge
A large education group was managing energy and environmental conditions across a dozen campuses with disconnected spreadsheets and reactive maintenance. Issues like poor classroom air quality or after-hours energy waste were only discovered after they had already cost money or affected students.
Our solution
We built a single web platform that connects to on-site IoT gateways and streams readings in real time. A portfolio dashboard surfaces the metrics that matter, a live alarm feed flags issues the moment thresholds are breached, and an interactive map plots every site. Work orders, asset registries and scheduling tie monitoring directly to action.
