An all-in-one platform that runs an ISO certification body end to end. Marketing reps manage leads and proposals; signed proposals convert to clients; coordinators schedule audits; and certificates, non-conformities, documents and finance all live in one role-aware system — each team seeing exactly what they need and nothing they don’t.

The challenge

A certification body was running its entire commercial and audit pipeline — leads, proposals, client onboarding, document collection, audit scheduling and certification — across spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with no shared source of truth and no control over who could see or change what.

Our solution

We designed and built a role-based ERP/CRM that models the full certification lifecycle as a guided state machine. A sales-focused dashboard, a drag-and-drop lead kanban, template-driven proposals with approval workflows, automated lead-to-client conversion on signature, a versioned document library, a self-service client portal with certificate verification, and built-in internal calling and notifications tie every team together.
